Kelly Griebel and her team at Century 21 in Soldotna were absolutely amazing to work with! My wife, Breanne, and I recently purchased our first home, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through such a huge milestone in our lives. From the very beginning, Kelly and her team were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and always there when we had questions or needed help. As first-time homebuyers, there were plenty of things we didn’t know or understand, but they took the time to explain everything, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and manageable. We always felt like they genuinely cared about us and weren’t just trying to make a sale. They went above and beyond to help Breanne and me find the right home and get us across the finish line. Being able to finally say we own our first home means so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful that Kelly and her team were part of making it happen. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the Soldotna area, we highly recommend Kelly Griebel and her team at Century 21. Thank you all for everything you did for us and for helping make our first-home experience one we’ll never forget!

Wow, just wow. I didn't think I would be able to purchase a home as a single educator. Kelly had my back the entire time. She made me feel confident and secure the entire journey. Not only that, but she found me two newly built custom houses (one to rent out to help with the mortgage) on the same property. I will be forever grateful.

Kelly was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She coordinated plumbers, inspectors and septic repairs to make the process easier. She met with us to explain all the paperwork. She used her knowledge to guide us through negotiations. Our house was under contract a week and a half after listing and sold within a month.
