Jessica Taplin
Licensed Transaction Coordinator
Jessica Taplin has been in real estate since earning her license in November 2009. She joined Century 21 in 2014, became an Associate Broker in 2016, and began working as a Transaction Coordinator in 2020. Over the years, Jessica has gained experience in many sides of the real estate process, from working directly with clients to helping manage contracts, deadlines, and transaction details behind the scenes.
Jessica is known for being organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Her background as both an agent and Associate Broker gives her a strong understanding of what it takes to keep a transaction moving smoothly from contract to closing. She is also continuing to grow professionally and will graduate from Boise State University in August 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
On the weekends, Jessica enjoys building Halloween displays, spending time at the lake, four-wheeling, and camping. Her current unofficial goal is to create the coolest haunted house in Idaho.
